- High focus on safety and quality in assigned area and processes.
- Incorporate Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) with existing and new process development.
- Define and control production process including tooling, equipment, and training.
- Document and validate process changes within guidelines of the Quality Management System.
- Validate design specifications and shop floor application of new product, tools, or equipment.
- Opportunity to become a Certifying Agent in chemical processes.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline. Uses prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute policy/strategy.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (Or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Manufacturing & Production Process and Equipment) PLUS a minimum of 3 years of experience in Manufacturing & Production Process and Equipment

Note:
The salary range for this position is $ 80,000.00 - 100,000.00 USD Annual. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus/variable incentive plan. This posting is expected to close on April 25, 2025.
