As the Director of Product & Strategy, you will drive the product vision, prioritization, and delivery of AI and analytics-driven products while also partnering closely with Growth Analytics (GA) leadership to shape strategy, drive key decisions, and manage critical executive-facing priorities. This role requires strong product instincts, executive communication skills, and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguity across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Align product strategies with overall business goals to develop and communicate a clear vision, strategy, and roadmap for Growth Analytics products.
  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of analytics and AI-driven products, focusing on adoption, utilization, and realized business value.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to develop and launch successful products that drive business value.
  • Lead special projects across the GA organization including executive-level presentations, innovation problem solving sessions, and leadership updates.
  • Foster collaboration and a strong GA culture through coordination of key events and organizational initiatives.

Required Skills:

  • Strong product development experience in analytics and enterprise level environments
  • Proven problem-solving ability and demonstrated ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels
  • Strong relationship-building, executive communication and storytelling skills with senior leaders and peers
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in complex environments
  • Demonstrated follow-through and on-time delivery of impactful results

Required Qualifications & Education:

  • 10+ years in product management, strategy or analytic role with measurable business impact
  • Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field
  • Master’s or MBA preferred
  • Healthcare experience preferred

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$100,000.00 - $231,540.00


This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
