Position Summary
This role leads a finance team responsible for preparing and delivering financial statements used by external audiences. The position ensures all reports meet regulatory, professional, and company standards. You will oversee consolidation activities, including reviewing journal entries, eliminating intercompany transactions, and combining divisional and subsidiary results for accurate internal and external reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team preparing periodic financial statements
- Ensure financial reports comply with regulations, standards, and company policies
- Review and audit consolidation journal entries
- Eliminate intercompany transactions
- Consolidate divisional and subsidiary financial results accurately and on time
- 10+ years of experience in Finance
- Strong execution and delivery skills (planning, delivering, and supporting work)
- Strong business intelligence capabilities
- Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills
- Proven problem‑solving and decision‑making ability
- Growth mindset with the ability to develop yourself and others
- Experience in reinsurance or health insurance
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience
- Master’s degree and/or CPA preferred
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$100,000.00 - $231,540.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
