Position Summary
As a Director on the AI Transformation and Intelligent Automation team at CVS Specialty Pharmacy, you will optimize operations through AI strategies and technologies.
This person will leverage their technical and product management expertise to develop and execute AI strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze business operations, provide strategic guidance, and lead a team of AI professionals.
This person will collaborate with business leaders and partners to help inform strategy development, prioritization of analytic efforts, and formulation of specific workplans and projects to execute across the specialty pharmacy. This individual must be able to effectively influence and communicate with non-technical audience using facts and well-reasoned cases.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute AI strategies to optimize operations and enhance the overall performance of CVS Specialty Pharmacy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement AI solutions that streamline processes and drive cost savings.
- Conduct thorough analysis of business operations, identifying opportunities for AI integration and automation.
- Provide strategic guidance and consulting expertise to senior leadership, highlighting the potential impact of AI on business outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in AI technologies, evaluating their potential application within the pharmacy operations.
- Lead and manage a team of AI professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Analyze business operations and identify opportunities for AI integration and automation.
Required Qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience leading complex IT projects, including stakeholder management, executive reporting, and budgeting.
- Expertise in leveraging technology to transform work processes.
- Strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Robotic Process Automation.
- Proven leadership and mentoring skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong ability to communicate technical concepts and implications to business partners
- Strong knowledge of advanced analytic tools and languages to analyze large datasets and data sources
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer science, analytics, economics, engineering or related discipline
- Master’s or PhD preferred
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$144,200.00 - $288,400.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
