About the Role:
We are seeking a Lead Digital Product Manager to join our Wholesale Digital Core experience Web and Mobile organization.
This role will be instrumental in transforming web core and mobile experiences for our Commercial, Corporate, and Investment Banking clients. The successful candidate will define and lead complex, enterprise-scale digital initiatives that deliver delightful, frictionless, secure, and consistent mobile experiences, while leveraging Generative AI, machine learning, and data-driven insights to shape the next generation of customer engagement.
In this role, you will:
  • Lead the development and execution of complex digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have impact across the enterprise with broad impact
  • Act as key participant in large-scale planning
  • Review and analyze complex digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area
  • Influence digital strategy for the business line requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors
  • Make decisions in digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area requiring strong understanding of the business, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements
  • Lead a broad team of digital professionals to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
  • Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Potentially lead projects, teams or serve as a peer mentor

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • Experience leading large-scale digital or mobile transformation initiatives.
  • Experience in financial services, preferably in Commercial and Corporate Banking digital transformation. Working knowledge of Foreign Exchange and Capital Markets in wholesale banking preferred.
  • 5+ years of product development experience in web and mobile applications across platforms and form factors.

Desired Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience delivering products powered by Generative AI or machine learning, including conversational or search-based interfaces.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design and rapid prototyping (wireframes, prototypes, experimentation).
  • Hands-on experience with Agile practices such as Scrum and Kanban; proficiency with tools including Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset-bias for experimentation, learning, and speed while operating in a regulated environment.

Skills Required

  • 5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent experience, training, military experience, or education
