Who you’ll be working with:
If you have a strong background in IT, computer science, or software engineering, and are analytical, technologically savvy, solutions and process-focused, then the Technology & Operations team may be for you!
You will be responsible for the following:
Cloud Platform Enablement - Research, design, and develop reusable infrastructure modules and automation frameworks using Terraform, Helm, and GitLab CI/CD.
Cloud R&D and Innovation - Explore and prototype new AWS services, Kubernetes features, or open-source technologies aligned with platform enablement goals.
Operational Excellence - Implement observability and monitoring enhancements through tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Traceable AI.
Knowledge Sharing & Enablement - Conduct reverse knowledge transfer (RKT), brown-bag sessions, and R&D showcases to upskill internal teams.
Governance & Standards - Maintain and evolve Cloud Enablement Guidelines, ensuring alignment with architecture baselines and organizational policies
We’re looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. With 3+ years in Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, or Infrastructure R&D roles.
Strong proficiency in AWS (EKS, S3, MSK, IAM, CloudWatch, Route53) and with solid experience in Kubernetes, Helm, and Terraform.
Familiarity with service meshes (Istio) and API gateways (Kong)
Strong scripting and automation background in Python, Bash, or Go.
Understanding of observability, security hardening, and infrastructure governance.
