Lead Development Representative
WEX is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Lead Development Representative to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers for our products/services. How you'll make an impact:
Generate sales qualified leads: leveraging various channels, including WEX customer base, marketing qualified leads and/or outbound prospecting
Research and identify: Target ideal customer profiles and research key decision-makers within those organizations
Qualify prospects: Engage with prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and buying process. Determine if they are a good fit for our products/services.
Schedule meetings: Book qualified meetings and product demonstrations for sales reps
CRM management: Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and lead qualification status in our CRM system
Collaboration: Work closely with sales & marketing to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads
Stay informed: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and our evolving product offerings
Conduct initial qualification calls and gather relevant information about prospects' needs and pain points.
Prospect campaigning: creative, strategic campaign alignment with marketing resources to ensure we are getting the right message out to the market.
Achieve or exceed monthly lead generation, activity and/or lead to opportunity conversion quotas
