The Allegro team is united by a clear purpose—advancing technologies that make the world safer, more efficient, and more sustainable. With over 30 years of experience in semiconductor innovation, we bring that purpose to life across every part of the business—from breakthrough product development and customer success to how we show up for each other and the communities we serve.

The Opportunity

This pivotal role involves orchestrating critical activities across Probe Test, Assembly Build, Qualification Test, and Final Test, ensuring seamless coordination between AMPI and AML (Allegro MicroSystems, LLC) teams. You will be instrumental in driving the timely completion of engineering and production tasks, facilitating efficient product release to market, and optimizing our operational processes. If you thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional environment and have a strong background in semiconductor operations, this is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact on our product development lifecycle.

What You Will Do

  • Working closely with AMPI Engineering and Planning, as well as AML Engineering and Product Managers (PMs), to coordinate Probe Test, Assembly build, Qualification Test, and Final Test activities at AMPI based on provided priorities.

  • Originating Assembly Engineering Request Forms (ERFs) and Test ERFs as appropriate.

  • Collaborating with AMPI Probe Planning to coordinate the processing of probe engineering materials at AMPI, ensuring all necessary information is provided before launching wafers into Probe Work-In-Process (WIP).

  • Coordinating with the AMPI Qualification and Reliability Group and Planning to manage the processing of qualification materials.

  • Coordinating with the AMPI Planner on engineering assembly builds and the movement of final test material to Sample Stock to support Release to Manufacturing (RTM).

  • Ensuring timely completion of approvals requiring AMPI personnel, including but not limited to Probe & Final Test Product Transfer Checklists (PTCs) and Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) processed through the ETQ document control system.

  • Submitting lot termination requests and tracking lot ownership as needed.

  • Creating links to deliverables for items completed in AMPI, such as Probe and Final Test PTCs and qualification plans.

  • Participating in and supporting high-level planning for top-priority projects of AML PMs, interfacing with U.S. counterparts on project management activities.

  • Developing and recommending solutions to improve processes for timely product release to market and/or production.

  • Utilizing SharePoint, Apollo, Phoenix, and other project management tools to perform tasks.

Who You Are

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, coupled with 3-5 years of industry experience.

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.

  • Strong knowledge of Project Management, Planning, Product Development, Probe Test, Final Test, and Qualification and Reliability processes
