We are looking for a Lead DevOps Engineer to join our Belgrade office. In this role, you will support applications within the IP segment, with the focus on IPfolio, the industry’s highest‑rated IP management solution built on the Salesforce platform. This is an excellent opportunity for Salesforce engineers who want to broaden their expertise and move into the DevOps domain.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
7 years of relevant experience including at least 3 years' experience with Salesforce Apex, Visualforce and Lightning Component development with ISV expertise.
Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience
Proficient in English
It would be great if you also have . . .
Experience working with cloud infrastructure, automation, and CI/CD pipelines
Familiarity with DevOps tools like Terraform Datadog, Ansible, Kubernetes, Docker, etc.
What will you be doing in this role?
- Support and maintain applications with Salesforce dependencies, ensuring high reliability and stable operations.
- Provide production support for our key IP products that integrate with Salesforce
- Develop, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines.
- Build automation to improve deployment processes and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with TechOps and Product teams to understand how applications interact with Salesforce, including helpdesk/support scenarios.

Hours of Work
This is a permanent full-time position, with core engagement hours within the CET time zone.
This is a hybrid position; you will be expected to work from our Belgrade office 3 days every other week.
