Lead Developer – Data Conversion (Solventum)

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

• Design and implement improvements to the current work processes and tools.
• Provide technical direction and focus to team members in the data conversion area
• Monitor and execute data extraction, transformation, and loading for deployments into an SAP S/4 ecosystem, using core data conversion tools.
• Implement managerial and operational reporting for cleansing and load readiness.
• Support data load and cutover tasks for mock, dress rehearsal, and production cutover.
• Provide stabilization support after each data load cycle

Your skills & expertise (Minimum qualifications):

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university

OR

• High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution and a minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP Data Conversion 
• Experience providing direction and leadership to project team members
• 6+ years of development experience with an ETL tool such as SAP Data Services / SAP BODS, Syniti /ADM / Cransoft, or Informatica.
• Experience on SAP ERP implementation projects.
• Experience with MS-SQL development

Additional qualifications (Nice to have):

• Experience with system administration in SAP BODS or Syniti
• Experience with SAP data models, data conversion processes or data analytics
• Familiarity with SAP core functions and integration tools
• Experience in SAP ABAP
• Experience with Redwood Job Scheduler or other scheduling software
