We are looking for an experienced Lead Design Verification Engineer to drive verification activities for complex SoC and MCU-based designs. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in SystemVerilog, UVM, and C-based verification, along with experience verifying high-speed and automotive/embedded interfaces.


RequirementsKey Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute verification activities for complex SoC and MCU designs from planning through sign-off.
  • Develop and maintain scalable SystemVerilog and UVM-based verification environments.
  • Create comprehensive verification plans, testbenches, test scenarios, and functional coverage models.
  • Perform C-based verification for embedded and MCU-based systems.
  • Verify MCU functionality, peripherals, and subsystem-level integrations.
  • Develop and execute test cases for interfaces such as DDRx, CAN, LIN, USB, Ethernet, and other industry-standard protocols.
  • Debug functional and verification issues using simulation, waveform analysis, and other verification methodologies.
  • Collaborate closely with RTL design, architecture, firmware, and other cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues.
  • Drive coverage closure, regression analysis, and verification sign-off.
  • Mentor junior verification engineers and contribute to verification methodology improvements.
  • Support IP- and SoC-level verification activities throughout the development lifecycle.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong hands-on experience with SystemVerilog and UVM.
  • Proven experience in SoC verification and complex digital design verification.
  • Experience with C-based verification and embedded systems.
  • Strong understanding of verification methodologies, testbench architecture, functional coverage, assertions, and regression.
  • Experience with MCU verification.
  • Hands-on experience with interfaces/protocols such as DDRx, CAN, LIN, USB, and Ethernet.
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead verification activities and collaborate effectively with cross-functional engineering teams.
