We are seeking an experienced Lead Design & Proposal Engineer – ELV Systems to lead the design, engineering, estimation, and preparation of techno-commercial proposals for ELV and Integrated Smart Building Solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in security, communication, ICT infrastructure, and life-safety systems, while collaborating closely with sales, consultants, OEMs, and clients to deliver competitive and compliant solutions.
Key Responsibilities:1. Technical Design & Engineering:- Review RFQs, tender documents, specifications, drawings, and BOQs for ELV projects.
- Design integrated ELV and Smart Building solutions based on project requirements.
- Prepare system architecture, network topology, riser diagrams, and technical schematics.
- Perform equipment sizing, solution optimization, and value engineering.
- Develop BOQs and accurate cost estimates.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, international standards, and client requirements.
- Participate in technical discussions with clients, consultants, and contractors.

- Prepare technical and commercial proposals.
- Develop compliance matrices and tender documentation.
- Conduct bid risk assessments and identify commercial risks.
- Coordinate with OEMs for solution selection, pricing, and technical support.
- Participate in bid clarification meetings and technical presentations.
- Support the sales team throughout the pre-sales cycle.
- Ensure timely and high-quality submission of proposals.
- Build and maintain relationships with leading OEMs and technology partners.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
- Negotiate technical and commercial terms with suppliers.
- Review technical submissions prepared by proposal engineers.
- Mentor and develop team members while establishing proposal standards and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 8–10 years of experience in ELV systems design, engineering, and proposal management.
- Proven experience delivering proposals for commercial, hospitality, healthcare, mixed-use, airport, data center, or smart city projects.
