What you will do -
- Act as the primary liaison between multiple sites and cross-functional teams to gather and consolidate demand inputs, regulatory approval timelines, sales orders, financial forecasts, market trends, and historical sales data.
- Own the end-to-end demand forecasting process, translating financial projections through SKU and IPN-level forecasts to support supply planning decisions.
- Lead Executive Demand Reviews (EDR) and KPI reporting in alignment with the Stryker IBP process and assessment.
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve an accurate rolling 24-month demand plan.
- Collaborate with Commercial, Supply Planning, and cross-functional stakeholders to review and present NPI, M&A, and PLM roadmaps for product launches and exits within the next 12-18 months.
- Communicate demand forecasts, risks, opportunities, and actionable insights to stakeholders and executive leadership, providing recommendations that support business and supply planning decisions.
- Own forecasting model development, DemandTrack implementation, and process improvements while ensuring data integrity across systems and planning processes.
- Monitor forecast accuracy and demand planning performance metrics, identifying trends and driving corrective actions as needed.
- Facilitate ad hoc analyses, projects, and reporting as assigned.
- Coach and mentor team members on planning processes, best practices, and continuous improvement opportunities.
Required -
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Business related
- 4+ years of experience
- Strong in excel - being able to analyze data and calculations in excel
- Powerpoint - story telling with data
- ERP - need to understand
- SQL and PowerBI
