Work Flexibility: Remote
As the Lead Data Quality Analyst, you will ensure the highest quality of customer and contract data to support informed business decisions and maintain the integrity of our data repositories and reports. In this role, you will also lead data cleansing projects, create controls for data integrity, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver data products that align with strategic priorities.
What you will do:
- Identify, analyze, assess, document, and communicate potential quality issues in the way data is collected, stored, processed, or used
- Create partnerships with key stakeholders in Customer Solutions and other functions to design plans for addressing data quality challenges
- Lead data cleansing projects where needed while working to standardize transactional processes for handoff to longer term ownership
- Create and execute plans for the maintenance of the data integrity based on findings from root cause analysis
- Create data quality metrics to measure the current state of data integrity and the success of data quality initiatives
- Perform data analysis and communicate trends and patterns
- Manage data quality documentation by defining and maintaining data rules and definitions
- Partner with the Data Governance senior manager to build a culture of data accountability
- Support deployment of the Customer Solutions Data Governance vision and strategies
- Build and deliver presentations and communications that explain critical metrics and findings to stakeholders with some guidance
- Prioritize data quality projects based on Data Governance principles and strategic initiatives
What you need
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, science or similar field
- 4+ years of work experience
- 2+ years of experience in data transformation and cleansing
- Understanding of database and data modeling concepts
- Advanced experience with Excel, SQL and PowerBI
- Knowledgeable in data governance concepts including the need for documented definitions, calculations, sources, lineage etc.
Preferred:
- Master's or higher degree in a related discipline
- Knowledge of IDN and Definitive data
