Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related discipline
  • 5-8 years of experience in investment operations, data analysis, or related role
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA)
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI)
  • Familiarity with SQL and data manipulation techniques
  • Experience with accounting and investment management systems
  • Excel proficiency including formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, Power Query
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to investment data
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines (month-end/quarter-end/year-end)
  • Experience developing and implementing data quality control processes and reporting metrics
  • Experience training and mentoring junior team members
