- 5-8 years of experience in investment operations, data analysis, or related role
- Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI)
- Familiarity with SQL and data manipulation techniques
- Experience with accounting and investment management systems
- Excel proficiency including formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, Power Query
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to investment data
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines (month-end/quarter-end/year-end)
- Experience developing and implementing data quality control processes and reporting metrics
- Experience training and mentoring junior team members
