Job Title: Lead Data Engineer

Position Type: Salaried, Full-Time

Job Location: HQ: St. Louis, MO

Job Duties:  Design, develop and program processes and systems to consolidate and analyze structured and unstructured, diverse sources of data to generate actionable insights and solutions for client services and product enhancement; Analyze and model data to understand complex business issues and provide insight to decision makers; Integrate data from multiple sources to produce requested or required data elements; Program and maintain reports, information dashboards, data generators, and other end-user information portals or resources; Lead enterprise-wide data integration, warehousing and modeling activities across platforms; and use best practices in data engineering, data warehouse development and integration with enterprise systems.

The minimum requirements for the Position Offered are a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics or a closely-related field and five (5) years of experience in an occupation involving Oracle Business Intelligence tools. Must have skills in Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE), BI Publisher, Informatica, Power BI, Oracle, Teradata, and Oracle Data Integrator (ODI). Compensation Range:

At Ameren, base salary is one component of a competitive compensation package for employees. Our pay ranges are broad to allow for movement within our organization and to accommodate different skill sets and levels of expertise. We take into consideration a variety of factors including, but not limited to, skills, abilities, experience, education, credentials, and internal equity when determining the base salary offered. Roles are eligible for additional rewards including annual incentive payments based on individual and company performance.
