Job Title: Lead Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Data Analyst . This role is critical in transforming raw data into actionable insights, primarily focusing on developing sophisticated analytics and reports derived from enterprise systems dealing in ERP/HCM/SCM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions across Oracle SaaS modules (ERP, Financials, SCM, HCM).
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
• Utilize Oracle's native reporting tools (OTBI, BIP) where applicable, or leverage expertise in alternative BI platforms (Telerik, Power BI, Crystal Reports, etc.) to deliver robust analytical solutions.
• Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement and strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with functional teams, business stakeholders, and IT to understand data needs and deliver tailored reporting solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reports and analytical outputs.
• Develop and maintain documentation for reports, data models, and analytical processes.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.
• Stay abreast of new features and best practices in Oracle SaaS analytics and general business intelligence tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues and reporting discrepancies.
  

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience
• Strong SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries for data extraction and analysis.
• Demonstrated expertise in enterprise-level reporting and business intelligence tools. While OTBI and BIP experience is a plus, strong proficiency with tools like Telerik Reporting, Microsoft Power BI, Crystal Reports, Tableau, SSRS, or similar is highly valued.
• Excellent understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and data modeling.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  

Preferred/ Qualifications:

• Direct experience with Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and/or Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP).
• Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and analysis.
