Lead CyberArk Support Engineer

Job Location : Hyderabad / Mumbai

The ideal candidates will possess the following:

• Lead the Delivery and support management of CyberArk solution for our customer .

• Design and implement CyberArk configuration that meet the organization’s security requirements and compliance regulations.

• Configure and manage CyberArk components, ensuring secure and efficient access management for privileged accounts and sensitive data.

• Conduct thorough testing and validation of CyberArk implementations to ensure functionality, performance, and integration with existing IT infrastructure.

• Troubleshoot and resolve CyberArk issues.

• Identify and address potential issues or deviations from the SOW promptly to minimize delay and ensure proper deliverable.

• Conduct regular reviews with stakeholders, presenting status, progress and potential challenges.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented CyberArk solutions, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, technical specifications, configuration guides and user manuals.

• Ensure proper knowledge transfer and documentation of CyberArk implementations for future reference and maintenance purposes.

• Contribute to the organization’s overall IT knowledge base by sharing expertise and best practices related to CyberArk PAM solutions.

• Stay up-to date on the latest advancements in CyberArk PAM solutions and emerging security trends.
