About Us

Chorus Innovations is a fast-growing healthcare technology company with an adaptive platform as a service (PaaS) that enables the rapid development of mobile, desktop, text messaging and interactive voice applications. Chorus’ platform currently powers transformative healthcare, biomedical research and community health projects across institutions and public health agencies nationwide. We believe every community should have world-class health technology so they can thrive.

Our mission is to improve the lives of people and communities by democratizing technology development in health and research.

The Role

We are seeking a Lead Customer Training Partner to build and own Chorus’ training function from the ground up. This is a hands-on individual contributor role responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs for diverse users, while also establishing the foundation for a scalable training department. This role will begin as an individual contributor, serving as a “department of one” to design and deliver training while building the structure for scalable programs. As Chorus grows and our customer base expands, there will be opportunities for this role to evolve into leadership and to shape the growth of a dedicated training team over time.

About You

You are an experienced training professional who thrives on creating clarity out of complexity. You enjoy rolling up your sleeves to design materials, deliver engaging sessions, and build infrastructure that helps others succeed. You are highly self-directed, able to set up a new function independently, and comfortable balancing immediate training needs with building a long-term framework. You have a proven ability to translate technical workflows into accessible learning and are motivated by helping users adopt new tools that improve healthcare and community outcomes.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Design and deliver user training programs (live, virtual, and self-paced) tailored to diverse roles and skill levels.
  • Create scalable training resources, including onboarding guides, curricula, knowledge base articles, job aids, and quick reference guides.
  • Provide go-live support and reinforcement training to ensure sustained adoption and effective use of Chorus tools.
  • Establish training standards, templates, and frameworks that will form the foundation of a scalable training function.
  • Partner with Product, Delivery, Clinical Solutions, and Partner Success to align training with product workflows and releases.
  • Collect and analyze feedback to continuously improve training effectiveness and user adoption.
  • Track and report on training participation, satisfaction, and outcomes to demonstrate impact.
  • Manage your own workload and priorities as a self-directed training lead, while identifying needs for future team expansion.
Required Skills
  • 5+ years of demonstrated success in training design and delivery, preferably in healthcare or technology environments.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with ability to make complex workflows simple and engaging.
  • Proven ability to build training documentation, curricula, and scalable resources from scratch.
  • Comfortable working independently to create and lead a new function.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with diverse audiences.
  • Experience aligning training with product releases and customer workflows.
  • Organized, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience designing training for public health, healthcare, or SaaS platforms.
  • Familiarity with digital adoption metrics and evaluating training effectiveness through data.
  • Understanding of adult learning principles and ability to apply them in diverse contexts.
  • Comfort with technology, learning new tools quickly, and teaching them effectively.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, Delivery, Clinical Solutions, Partner Success).
  • Knowledge of EHR workflows, implementation science, or healthcare operations is a plus.
  • Experience implementing and maintaining a Learning Management System (LMS) to support scalable training delivery and tracking is a plus.
Why You’ll Love Working with Us
  • Mission-driven teammates dedicated to improving lives by tearing down tech barriers.
  • Diverse, inclusive culture where every voice is valued.
  • Full medical, dental, vision, and life-insurance benefits.
  • 401(k) with company match.
  • Stock-option eligibility.
  • Unlimited PTO and generous paid parental leave.
  • Performance-based bonuses and career-development stipends.
