Job Description-Lead Customer Experience Specialist.
- Interacts with customers prior to and after sale In French Language.
- Processes orders/Billing, prepares correspondence, and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develops and maintains positive customer relations.
- Coordinates with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
- Substantially impacts the relationship between Honeywell and the customer.
- Process Day to Day Order/Billings/PR
- Clear Backlogs.
- O2C knowledge
- Respond to Customer Queries and Claims (non-Disputes).
- Collaborate with different cross functions for Customer Resolutions and Process Improvement.
- Work with Dispute Team to manage the disputes
Skills Required:
- Any Graduate with minimum 2 years of experience.
- French Language Proficient/Expert
- Highly adaptable and able to learn new technologies quickly.
