What You’ll DoCurriculum Roadmap Ownership
- Interface with internal stakeholders across product, marketing, partnerships and customer-facing teams to map out customer curriculum needs
- Work with the community team to identify curriculum requests to be included in upcoming roadmap
- Manage the Training team’s curriculum roadmap including scoping and assigning the right SMEs to deliver curriculum assets following the curriculum development lifecycle (CDLC
Curriculum Development Lifecycle Management
- Mature the Training team’s CDLC by proposing, implementing and iterating on frameworks and templates that leverage the Training team’s agile workflow as well as other educational team processes (documentation, revenue enablement, L&D, Learning Operations) to increase curriculum resource quality and adoption.
- Design delightful, accessible and consistent learning experiences that empower data practitioners by guiding and validating the initial curriculum design decisions as part of the CDLC.
- Facilitate the curriculum development process by working with subject matter experts (SMEs) to leverage templates and guides that drive content maturity and impact.
- Roll out curriculum updates and changes through structured communication across internal and external channels (Slack to ensure visibility to target customers
- Collaborate with learning operations to monitor learning curriculum effectiveness throughout its lifetime. Gather feedback on the course and make regular adjustments to existing courses.
- 6+ years of experience in both curriculum development or instructional design and project management
- A technical background (such as analytics, math, data science or programming) at a level sufficient to quickly learn new topics in the data and analytics space and independently create course materials and code exercises
- Experience creating or delivering technical content live in-person and/or virtually
- Exceptional communication skills and someone who enjoys making complex, technical ideas feel simple and manageable
- The ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment especially working within and across remote, asynchronous teams
- The ability to operate in an ambiguous and fast-paced work environment
- Experience with product thinking through prior roles such a product or program management
- Experience collaborating with customer success teams supporting managed accounts
- Experience creating content in an LMS, such as Thought Industries

We offer competitive compensation packages commensurate with experience, including salary, equity, and where applicable, performance-based pay.
