Department: CS Project Managers – IN

Professional Services: Client Services 

Job location : Gurgaon (Preferred)\ Bangalore 

Shift timing : Rotational

  • 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Work from Office)
  • 4:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Work from home)
  • 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM(Work from home)

Overall, Purpose of the Job : 


The Team Lead will provide daily support for the Associate Project Managers & Project Managers to assist with the successful delivery of products and services offered by UnitedLex along with maintaining the direct reports assigned and managing the Shift (s)   Follow process driven execution of project tasks to ensure unified Project Management methodology is adhered to.  Act as a member of the client support center for applications hosted by UnitedLex and other third parties.  Document and report periodic project details to the Project Managers, Legal Professional Services Leadership, clients, and project teams. 


Responsibilities


•            Gather and thoroughly document Project requirements using standard project intake forms

•            Assist Project Manager in documenting and tracking all aspects of the eDiscovery lifecycle, including Early Case Assessment, Forensic Collections, ESI Processing, Hosting,    Document Review, Document Production, Data Archival and Storage

•            Follow detailed Quality Control measures to ensure accuracy of all deliverables

•            Track all time spent on project activities and report to Project Managers periodically

•            Participate in internal communications on standard processes and reporting.

•            Monitor matter communications (emails, meetings, calls)

•            Provide support to Document review/Incident Response teams and troubleshoot common issues.

•            Co-ordinate with Internal teams and Clients to ensure process continuation and escalate wherever necessary.

•            Tiff/OCR documents on the fly and/or using other EDD tools and teams.

•            Understanding of running complex searches, manage search indexes and create search

term reports for clients.

•            Hands on experience of ticketing tools like JIRA would be preferred.

•            Delegation: Assign tasks based on team members’ strengths and managing SLAs

•            Performance Management: Oversee day to day operations, monitor progress, track metrics, and provide regular constructive feedback (as needed)

•            Team Development: Train team members, identify training needs and help develop technical skills.


Qualifications:


•            At least 4-6 years of relevant experience.

•            Working knowledge of Relativity and other review platforms.

•            Detailed planning and organizational skills

•            Exceptional written, electronic, and verbal communication skills

•            Strong understanding and efficiency using Microsoft Office Suite and other common software applications

•            Ability to multi-task and prioritize requests based on deadlines.

•            Communicate frequently and professionally with Project Managers and project team

•            Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction

•            Ability to stretch in case of project requirements.

•            Open to work in 24X7 shifts including weekends and National Holidays. 

•            Provide exceptional customer service for existing and prospective clients

•            Should be a team worker with focus on communication, solutions, and good relationships
