Superside is seeking a Lead Creative with a passion for Branding and Generative AI to guide a globally distributed team across branding, landing pages, ad and social creative, print, and presentation design. In this role, you’ll nurture creative excellence while helping evolve our capabilities through the thoughtful integration of AI tools. What you’ll do
- Create and evolve visual identities, design systems, and brand guidelines that ensure consistency and impact across platforms.
- Translate strategy into scalable, cohesive visual systems that strengthen brand storytelling and recognition.
- Explore and integrate AI tools to accelerate design exploration, automate asset creation, and enhance creative consistency.
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and product teams to align brand expression with business and customer goals.
- Present and defend creative work to internal stakeholders and external partners with clarity and purpose.
- Coach, mentor, and inspire designers through constructive feedback, creative guidance, and recognition.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment that encourages learning, growth, and shared ownership.
- Ensure all creative work meets Superside’s quality standards—balancing innovation, precision, and scalability.
What you’ll bring
- Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to express creative ideas clearly and supportively.
- 5+ years of experience as a creative lead or similar, with a strong history of guiding diverse, multidisciplinary teams.
- A strong portfolio showcasing creative excellence across branding, presentations, and advertising, with examples of AI-enhanced work.
- Advanced skills in design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and presentation platforms.
- Proficient in using AI tools as part of a thoughtful and intentional creative workflow.
- Experience leading project teams, mentoring peers, and contributing to a shared creative vision.
- Skilled in giving and receiving feedback with empathy and professionalism.
- Comfortable engaging with internal and external partners in both creative and strategic discussions.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail, creative integrity, and team well-being.
