📌 Key Responsibilities:
📊 Estimating & Cost Analysis – Define scope, develop schedules, and benchmark costs.
💰 Cost Control & Reporting – Support forecasting, variance reporting, and EAC management.
🤝 Stakeholder Engagement – Collaborate with key project teams to ensure financial transparency.
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Cost engineering experience in infrastructure or defence. ✔️ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ✔️ Excellent communication and financial reporting abilities.
Project Interfaces:
👥 Key Stakeholders: Client Cost Manager, Client Project Managers, Accounts, JV Project Manager & Project Controls Manager.
🔍 Lead cost reporting & forecasting in line with project schedules.
📉 Drive the Estimate at Completion (EAC) process, ensuring stakeholder alignment.
🔄 Oversee change impact for budget control & financial planning.
