Responsibilities and Duties:
• Lead the design, development and technical support of automation solutions adhering to Catalyx, and industry
standards.
• Oversee the installation, commissioning, and qualification, and support of automation solutions.
• Define and assign engineering tasks, ensuring efficient execution of technical work.
• Identify and own the resolution of complex technical issues in automation solutions.
• Assist in identifying and mitigating technical risks and addressing training gaps.
• Approve technical specifications, drawings, bills of material, and documents.
• Provide technical guidance, support, and mentorship to other engineers with best practices and standards in mind.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure successful project execution, focusing on technical scope delivery
while the PM oversees schedule and budget.
• Support proposal efforts by providing technical expertise to define the scope and effort in collaboration with the
presales team.
RequirementsRequired Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in relevant Engineering discipline.
• Certifications in relevant automation platforms preferred.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
