Essential Responsibilities:
· Review the terms and conditions of prime contracts and ensure back-to-back compliance with the overall project execution;
· Draft and negotiate key subcontract agreements, MSA, SOW, NDA, Supply Agreements
· Draft formal notices and letters to GEV Customers, Subcontractors and Suppliers as required.
· Development, drafting, submission and negotiation of Claims and Variation Orders.
· Review and mitigate risks through thorough negotiation.
· Manage subcontract invoicing disputes through resolution.
· Other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, commercial, or related fields in legal, accounting or finance.
· Minimum of five (5) years of experience drafting and negotiating contracts in a technology driven, fast-paced environment.
· Ability and willingness to travel 20% of the time

· Strong contractual and commercial acumen.
· Experience in negotiation and resolution of complex contractual issues.
· Experience in contracts/projects with critical interfaces, complex infrastructure (civil engineering, , construction and/or renewable energy sector), complex negotiation and dispute resolution.

· Experience in developing, negotiating and managing engineering and construction subcontracts.
· Ability to maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPI) on company systems to ensure compliance with requirements.
· Ability to support in drafting and follow up of correspondence with stakeholders (customer, suppliers, partners, internal team etc).
· Manages formal communication with client, key partners and key subcontractors.
Skills Required
