WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US 

The Lead Content Owner plays a key role in enabling successful adoption of SimCorp’s products by creating and maintaining high-quality training and e-learning content. 

You will own and drive learning experiences across investment performance and risk management, transforming complex financial workflows into clear, engaging, and practical training, including practical system exercises

Working closely with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams, you will ensure all learning materials are accurate, aligned with SimCorp’s solutions, and designed to meet both business and client needs. 

Key responsibilities: 

  • Design, develop, and continuously improve e-learning content within investment performance and risk domains 
  • Translate real investment workflows into structured learning journeys and practical system-based exercises 
  • Configure training environment to support learning experiences
  • Collaborate with product teams, trainers, and subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance 
  • Maintain a scalable, well-organized content library aligned with content strategy 

Required experience & skills 

  • Extensive background in investment management software utilization, with practical experience in portfolio performance measurement, attribution, and investment risk management systems
  • Ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, structured, and engaging learning content 
  • Interest in instructional design and digital learning development (experience in instructional design and digital learning is a plus but not required - we will provide full training if needed.) 
  • High attention to detail with a clear emphasis on quality
  • Proficient English speaking and writing skills
  • Capable of working across disciplines in a lively and demanding work environment

Nice to have 

  • Master’s degree or PhD in Finance or related field 
  • Familiarity with e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate) 

Others:

  • Flexible between APAC/EMEA shift
  • Hybrid working arrangement (2x/week)
