Under the general supervision of the Assistant Program Director, the Lead Community Safety Specialist (LCSS) is responsible for supervising the 24/7 team and monitoring the functional operation of the program and facility. The LCSS is responsible for monitoring the activities of residents and ensuring their compliance with program rules and conditions. LCSS is responsible for assisting with staff training, scheduling, and performance of stated duties and will work closely with the Assistant Program Director on all issues associated with residential staff.
Shift: 3-11PM with weekend availablity
