Wells Fargo is seeking a Project Management / Data Analytics professional (Lead Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist) within Wholesale Operations. In this role you will support data-driven initiatives, enhance operational performance, and deliver strategic insights through structured project execution and advanced analytics.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and manage a variety of data analytics and project management activities supporting complex business initiatives
- Serve as a primary liaison and collaborate with Business, Risk, Technology, and Operations teams to deliver data-driven solutions aligned to business needs
- Design, execute, and manage analytics projects, including data sourcing, validation, analysis, and reporting deliverables
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting frameworks, and key performance metrics to monitor business performance and identify opportunities
- Serve as an escalation point for data and project-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder alignment
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to support project delivery, data governance, and ongoing process optimization
- Analyze complex business problems, perform data analysis, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making
- Ensure compliance with data governance, risk management, and regulatory requirements in all analytics and project activities
- Partner with peers, leaders, and stakeholders to drive project execution, resolve issues, and support broader strategic initiatives
- Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations requiring a strong understanding of data, business processes, and project management principles to meet deliverables and advance new initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Commercial Loan Servicing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on timelines
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders
- Experience working in cross-functional environments with Operations, Risk, and Technology teams
- Knowledge of data governance, risk, and compliance frameworks
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deliverables in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and quality
- Effective collaboration and communication across levels of the organization
- Commitment to continuous process improvement and operational efficiency
