Roles & Responsibilities:
- Serve as technical expert for diagnosing and resolving complex CNC system issues
- Adjust PLCs to fix functionality issues or enhance machine performance
- Assist shops with new machine runoffs
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical problems with maintenance teams
- Support machine connectivity
- Creating “How to” documents
- Coordinate several concurrent projects
- Approximately 10-25% travel
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years (CNC programming, applications, commissioning, and troubleshooting.) experience + minimum of 3 years (CNC programming, applications, commissioning, and troubleshooting) experience
Desired Experience:
- Minimum 5 years in CNC programming, applications, commissioning, and troubleshooting
- Multi-axis CNC setup & calibration
- Developed procedural documentation
- Okuma, Siemens and FANUC experience
- Familiarity with on-machine probing macros

The base pay range for this position is $98,300-131,00. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on November 1, 2025.
