- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries & requests Manage on various topics across investment accounting, asset classes, and financial markets.
- Deliver in timely and effective solutions to client problems.
- Complete operational tasks such as account set up, client lockdowns, compliance, reconciliation validation.
- Collaborate directly with clients to build valuable relationships and enhance their experience as a Clearwater user.
- Effectively navigates through knowledge base and documentation, using internal tools and resources to proactively solve client queries and problems.
- Manage workflow based on productivity and quality metrics; organizing your day to prioritize high importance or critical work.
- Deal with some of the more complex client queries.
- Familiarity with buy-side operations workflow is preferred.
- Intermediate understanding of fixed income and equity investments; a basic knowledge of alternative security types preferred.
- Prior experience in finance and/or accounting.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin) is preferred.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or Financial/Business-related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience.
