Role Overview
This is a player-coach leadership role.
The Service Delivery Manager will personally lead complex, high-impact programs while elevating the capability, confidence, and commercial maturity of the broader delivery team.
Approximately 50 percent of the role is dedicated to direct program leadership, with the remaining focus on team capability development and delivery modernization.
This structure is intentional. Standards are set through execution as well as leadership.
Primary Responsibilities
Team Capability Leadership
- Lead and develop the India delivery and implementation team
- Set clear performance standards and delivery expectations
- Raise standards in communication, stakeholder influence, and consultative engagement
- Coach team members to articulate product value and business outcomes
- Embed accountability, resilience under pressure, and a prevention-over-firefighting culture
- Build bench strength and succession readiness within the team
- Establish repeatable governance frameworks and measurable performance standards
This role balances direct engagement in delivery with building systems and people capability that reduce dependency over time.
Direct Program Leadership
- Personally lead complex, high-impact implementations and strategic initiatives, particularly for key customers
- Act as senior delivery lead for priority or high-visibility accounts
- Drive structured governance, executive-level reporting, and disciplined risk management
- Anticipate and resolve systemic delivery risks before escalation
- Ensure delivery outcomes align with commercial objectives and long-term account value
- Model high standards of professionalism, preparation, and client engagement
Driving Delivery Excellence

1. Delivery Modernization & AI Enablement
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual overhead and standardize workflows
- Introduce automation and AI-enabled tools into reporting, documentation, risk tracking, and planning
- Drive adoption of dashboards and data-driven delivery management
- Continuously improve delivery operating models and templates
- Lead the team toward AI-enabled project workflows within 8–12 months
- Demonstrate measurable productivity gains through process improvement and automation
2. Commercial & Product Advocacy
- Act as a trusted advisor in client engagements
- Confidently articulate Aven’s product capabilities, differentiators and commercial value
- Elevate delivery conversations from activity-based reporting to outcome-based value
- Strengthen stakeholder confidence through credible executive engagement
3. Regional & Cross-Functional Leadership
- Drive local delivery excellence initiatives in India
- Contribute to APAC and global delivery transformation programs
- Partner closely with Product, Commercial, Technology, and Support teams
- Represent India delivery capability in regional leadership discussions
- Align local execution with global best practices while tailoring to regional needs

What We Are Looking For
• 5-10 years of experience in enterprise technology delivery environments, with progressive responsibility in complex program execution
• Experience leading multi-workstream implementations with executive stakeholder exposure
• Demonstrated involvement in delivery modernization, governance improvement, or transformation initiatives
• Experience mentoring or leading delivery professionals
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to connect delivery execution to business outcomes
• Executive-level communication capability
Preferred
• Experience integrating automation or AI into delivery workflows
• Exposure to dashboard-driven or data-informed delivery management
• Experience operating in global or multi-region organizations
• Salesforce or CRM platform experience
• Hospitality or travel technology exposure
