About the role:
As the Lead, Changemaker Engagement, People & Culture, you will drive the end-to-end Changemaker ecosystem across 23 districts in Punjab. Leading a team of Zonal P&C Partners, you will build scalable people systems, strengthen performance and governance frameworks, and enhance engagement for a large, distributed workforce.
This role blends strategic partnership with strong execution, enabling impactful, data-driven people practices aligned with the vision of Wholistic Wellbeing.
What you’ll do:
· Partner with Roundglass Foundation leaders to design and deploy talent strategies for attraction, retention, and capability building.
· Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on all P&C matters impacting Changemakers.
· Aligning people strategies with organizational growth and expansion plans.
· Take full accountability for lifecycle management (onboarding to offboarding) for Changemakers across all districts.
· Standardize and ensure consistent execution of lifecycle processes through zonal teams.
· Oversee compliance training (POSH, POCSO) and policy implementation.
Team Leadership & Capability Building
· Lead, mentor, and manage the team, ensuring high performance and accountability.
· Build capability within the P&C team through coaching, structured learning, and role clarity.
· Driving Capability building programs for Changemakers like Changemaker Summit
Scalable Systems & Process Excellence
· Design and implement scalable frameworks and mechanisms to manage a growing Changemaker base.
· Build standardized processes across zones ensuring consistency, efficiency, and quality.
· Continuously improve systems for HRIS (Zoho), PRM, attendance, payouts, and documentation (BOX).
Performance Management & Impact Measurement
· Develop a transparent and scalable performance management system for off-roll Changemakers.
· Institutionalize quarterly performance reviews driven through zonal teams.
· Drive mechanisms to identify high performers, capability gaps, and underperformance interventions.
Audit, Governance & Review Mechanisms
· Create and deploy robust audit frameworks to monitor adherence to processes across zones.
· Establish governance cadence (weekly/monthly reviews) to track team activities and outcomes.
· Ensure timely identification and closure of process gaps and compliance risks.
Data, MIS & Decision Support
· Drive the creation of real-time dashboards and MIS for leadership visibility.
· Leverage data insights to improve decision-making, efficiency, and impact.
· Ensure high accuracy and integrity of all Changemaker-related data.
Employee Engagement & Culture
· Design and implement strategies to improve Changemaker engagement, motivation, and retention.
· Foster a culture aligned with Wholistic Wellbeing and purpose-driven work.
· Roll out differentiated practices suited for a distributed and off-roll workforce.
Learning, Growth & Career Pathways
· Develop career progression frameworks for Changemakers.
· Enable pathways for role enhancement and leadership development within the ecosystem.
· Promote continuous learning and field capability building.
Transformation & Process Innovation
· Lead transformational initiatives to optimize P&C operations in Social Initiatives.
· Identify opportunities to streamline processes, automate workflows, and improve experience.
· Influence business outcomes through people-centric innovation.
Requirements
Skills & Qualifications.
· Master’s degree in HR / Business / Social Sector Management (preferred)
· 10–14+ years of experience in People & Culture / HR leadership roles
· Experience in multi-location workforce management (NGO/social sector preferred)
· Proven track record in building scalable systems and leading transformation
· Comfortable in travelling to various parts of Punjab to meet Changemakers.
· Prior experience in Social Impact sector is preferred
Skills Required
- 10-14+ years of experience in People & Culture / HR leadership roles
- Experience in multi-location workforce management
