Lead Casino Supervisor

Assist in the overall operation of all live gaming devices during an assigned shift.

• Coordinate and communicate with other Casino Supervisors to maintain appropriate staffing levels and table limits.
• Ensure utilization reports are accurately completed at designated time.
• Ensure compliance of company and departmental policies and procedures, Missouri Gaming Regulations and Internal controls.
• Ensure compliance with Federal Currency Transaction Reports, Missouri Currency Transaction reports and Multiple Transaction Logs.
• May assume Assistant Casino Shift Manager responsibilities in their absence.
• Record all information regarding fills and credits.
• Maintenance of card and dice inventory.
• Review of all rating cards to ensure accuracy and document information of players with a win or loss of $2,500.00
• Job Tasks must be finished in a timely manner according to department standards.

• Experience as a Floor Supervisor.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent team member and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work any shift or hours.
• Able to work in a fast paced work environment.
