Job DescriptionAssist in the overall operation of all live gaming devices during an assigned shift.
- Coordinate and communicate with other Casino Supervisors to maintain appropriate staffing levels and table limits.
- Ensure utilization reports are accurately completed at designated time.
- Ensure compliance of company and departmental policies and procedures, Missouri Gaming Regulations and Internal controls.
- Ensure compliance with Federal Currency Transaction Reports, Missouri Currency Transaction reports and Multiple Transaction Logs.
- May assume Assistant Casino Shift Manager responsibilities in their absence.
- Record all information regarding fills and credits.
- Maintenance of card and dice inventory.
- Review of all rating cards to ensure accuracy and document information of players with a win or loss of $2,500.00
- Job Tasks must be finished in a timely manner according to department standards.
- Experience as a Floor Supervisor.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent team member and customer relations skills.
- Ability to work any shift or hours.
- Able to work in a fast paced work environment.
