About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Relationship Support Specialist for a vacancy in our Toronto office.
In this role, you will:

Partner with group managers to design and implement strategic data to meet group or company goals.

Work with Product/Technology on the creation and/or updates of procedures as part of new services. This will be utilized as part of production procedure

Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations.

Identify opportunity for process improvements within the portfolio
-
Perform and research complex business, operational, strategic initiatives, statistical analysis and basic knowledge of organizational strategy and understanding of international business.

Be designated as subject matter expert who can provide guidance and coaching to Operations, present on the job training for the new procedures pending deployment to production, covering system upgrades and system of record model changes.

Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership

Collaborate and assist with team leads in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience

Process broad based technical and business knowledge to anticipate emerging issues

Recommend subsequent strategies and business directions. Manage or participate on large cross group projects

Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures and compliance requirements
Required Qualifications:
-
5+ years of Business Relationship Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
-
Strong, solid knowledge and background of Operations procedure, with emphasis on Treasury Management services, including but not limited to payment transactions.

High-level problem-solving skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work proactively and independently.

Require good written and oral communication skills. Organized and has good time management skills.

Ability to handle multiple priorities and perform well under pressure. Work in fast-paced environment.

Anticipates and responds quickly to problems, good judgement in making decisions and spot potential problems and opportunities early.
