Job Description:
Discover will not sponsor or transfer employment work visas for this position. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Reporting to the Go-To-Market (GTM) Sr. Manager, the Lead Business Strategy GTM role is responsible for managing business strategies and policies. This role develops and implements strategies and enhancements, improves operations efficiency, mitigates losses, and improves profitability. The Lead Business Strategy GTM role will also collaborate with Go-To-Market (GTM) Principal Product Readiness Managers and internal stakeholders to update and produce product content in accordance with business requirements and controls.

Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.

Responsibilities
Develops and implements strategies that improve operation efficiency and mitigates losses.
Establishes effective production and strategy performance tracking. Ensures strategies are performing as expected and implements policy changes in a timely manner.
Identifies risks and implements strategies within servicing system limitations.
Communicates with GTM and client facing operations and systems teams to ensure strategies and tests are being utilized appropriately.
Develops and evaluates loss and recovery forecast models.

Minimum Qualifications
At a minimum, here's what we need from you:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
2+ years of experience in Marketing or related
In lieu of a degree, 4+ years of experience in Programming, Strategy, Automation, & Process Improvement

Preferred Qualifications

4+ years of Project Management experience
Go to Market/Product Strategy/Project Management experience
Payment Services experience/familiarity
2+ years of AGILE experience

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $75,500.00 to $127,900.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
