Wells Fargo is seeking a Project Execution & Coordination Lead to oversee the design and execution of new branch builds across multiple locations. This role ensures alignment between design standards, business case requirements, and construction execution, while driving quality, compliance, and timely delivery. The position requires strong leadership in managing cross-functional teams, implementing future-state processes, and maintaining enterprise-wide consistency.
In this role, you will:
- Oversee design packages for approximately 120 sites to populate and maintain a fully loaded pipeline.
- Align design processes with business case approval requirements, including site-specific program definition, schematic site and floor plans, exterior expression, and signage deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment, progress, and timely delivery of new branch builds.
- Serve as a liaison for project planning and coordination, ensuring effective communication and information flow between stakeholders.
- Develop and implement future-state processes for project close-out, including completion photo documentation and package delivery.
- Partner with the internal and external execution teams to track and report on negative impacts in execution-phase workflows, including construction scheduling, site readiness, vendor mobilization, and milestone tracking.
- Collaborate with implementation partners to ensure on-site execution quality and resolve field-level challenges.
- Facilitate feedback loops between design and execution teams to continuously improve standards and delivery models.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews post-construction to ensure branch design and construction meet intended standards.
- Standardize processes and documentation to support national or enterprise-wide rollouts with consistent quality and compliance.
- Serve as a strategic partner in construction planning, contractor coordination, and execution oversight.
- Lead efforts to integrate schematic design decisions into construction documentation, permitting, and build execution processes.
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience in financial services or retail branch construction.
- Background in architectural development or design, including familiarity with schematic planning and construction documentation
- Proficiency in project management tools and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to develop and implement standardized processes across large-scale programs.

- Ability to travel up to 25% for site visits and project oversight.
