Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant for the Intelligent Automation Success Management (ASM) Team within Global Operations. The successful candidate will need to be self-directed, agile, and able to reprioritize work quickly to meet short term demands while maintaining a plan for completing their portfolio of work. Operational Excellence organization is an exciting place to be as we evolve to enhance Digital Transformation capabilities and deliver maximum value to the operations and will be accomplished by executing the following responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between our Business Executors and technology partners by facilitating the delivery of critical maintenance and enhancement requests of automation solutions.
- Engage functional leaders to obtain resources, influence outcomes, address conflict, and ensure alignment with Wells Fargo's policies and business line objectives.
- Maintain and Manage a portfolio and inventory of all active automations across the Operations’ Lines of Business.
- Monitor automation success rate across various business functions and platforms to ensure automations are delivering the value and accuracy as desired by the business partners.
- Partner with Technology to proactively identify and resolve any critical production gaps.
- Perform root cause analysis on production defects and issues including thematic analysis to help drive improvement across development lifecycle and/or platform.
- Improve and mature automation monitoring as a function to drive near real time monitoring of all automations in the portfolio.
- Work directly with subject matter experts within the lines of business to fully comprehend business processes and translate those processes into clear and concise user stories, create and groom the backlog for automation delivery and deployment.
- Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges related to Business Execution that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and understanding of business, delivering longer term and large-scale solutions.
- Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership for implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large scale and cross organizational.
- Lead team meetings to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans.
- Provide direction to a cross functional team using business expertise.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Automation Experience – An individual with a solid foundation in utilization and advancement of tools and processes designed and utilized within Wells Fargo and/or across the financial services industry.
- Business Command Center and Automation Success Management Experience
- Prior consulting background in Automation Space
- Financial Services Experience – The ideal candidate should have experience working within large Financial Services companies and across a variety of business lines, within Wholesale Operations and/or Consumer Operations.
- Knowledge and understanding of Robotic Process Automation and related tools such as UI Path, MS Power Platform and KTA.
- Influencing Skills – Proven ability as an effective communicator in virtual matrixed environments. Proven ability to take complex business and technology problems and bring teams to consensus through collaborative architecture and design.
- 3+ years of Business Support experience including ITIL framework and application production support.
- Strategic Thinking and Implementation – Thinks strategically about business problems, breaks down problems and presents solutions while evaluating the pros and cons of each option. Identify business opportunities by delivering thoughtful analysis and strong logical thinking. Thinks in new ways about problems and issues. Develops and implements creative solutions to business problems.
- Prior experience in JIRA and Confluence.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$96,600.00 - $171,800.00
