The primary role of an Actimize Business Development Consultant in the Global X-ccelerate Practice is very much focused on end-to-end business development, with the goal of promoting, providing and developing consultative services to NiCE Actimize customers, and prospects, in all matters related to financial crime. The Business Development Consultant also requires the facilitation of business transformation in order to drive increased adoption of financial crime solutions and services with NiCE Actimize clients, as well as driving the delivery of NiCE Actimize solutions in accordance with a prescribed NiCE Actimize Business Consulting methodology.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to NiCE Actimize front line account teams in the entire journey of identifying new opportunities, developing capabilities, solutions and service offerings, pursuing go-to-market campaigns, landing wins, and delivering customer success.
- Business Development and the delivery of the Global X-ccelerate go-to-market model
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities at existing NiCE Actimize clients and follow through on such opportunities
- Lead and drive Global X-ccelerate Professional Services `engagements, working alongside team members from the broader NiCE Actimize Professional Services organization
- Indirect/Direct consulting to clients
- Provide mentoring, thought leadership and quality measurements on an ongoing basis
- Develop high-level implementation plans that are executable by the client
- Deliver value-add consulting services in the area of financial crime, performance improvement and business transformation, leveraging knowledge of industry best practices and proven practices using NiCE Actimize solutions
- Deliver services and solutions that create measurable value and leverage clients’ investment in NiCE Actimize technology, thereby improving ROI as well as profit for NiCE Actimize
- Work with product, sales and clients to educate on the value of business consulting and benefits of additional relevant NiCE Actimize solutions
- Establish working relationships within the chosen partner ecosystem, internally and externally
Education & Experience
- Minimum of 8-years business development or direct consulting financial crime experience within a services firm, consulting firm, regulatory body or large financial institution
- Subject matter expertise in the areas of financial crime, performance management and metrics, business analysis, quality management and training
- Experience across multiple markets, across multiple countries.
- Demonstrable business development experience focused on solutions with a significant services component
- Evidenced track record in developing opportunities and selling services to a client base
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- MBA/MSc preferred; BA/BS in relevant field required
