A fantastic opportunity has presented itself for a Lead Business Analyst reporting to Senior Manager Business Analysis & Process Transformation.

A bit about your role

As a Lead Business Analyst supporting Networks’ Engineering initiatives, you will play a critical role in shaping business clarity and operational readiness across programs that require IT solution delivery.

You will lead business and operational discovery, defining business problems, operational needs, and requirements to ensure they are clearly articulated for effective technical delivery. Operating from the business side, you will remain accountable for the “what” and “why,” working closely with architects, technical BAs, and delivery teams who are responsible for solution design and build.

In this fast-paced and deadline-driven environment, you will manage multiple concurrent initiatives, confidently navigating competing priorities and frequent context switching. Your ability to maintain strong end-to-end traceability and translate complex operational scenarios into clear, testable requirements will be key to delivering successful outcomes.

You will also facilitate stakeholder alignment, support delivery teams with clear business intent and acceptance criteria and proactively assess operational impacts across change requests—ensuring continuity, quality, and clarity across the full delivery lifecycle.

A bit about you

You are an experienced and business-focused Business Analyst who brings a strong track record of working in large, complex environments, ideally supporting Network network engineeringEngineering, infrastructure development, or similarly operationally intensive initiatives.

You are confident leading business discovery and defining operational requirements end-to-end, with a proven ability to separate business intent from technical design. Your strengths lie in simplifying complexity, building alignment across stakeholders, and maintaining clarity under pressure.

You are highly organised and adaptable, able to manage multiple workstreams while maintaining quality and traceability. Your communication skills enable you to confidently engage with both business and technical audiences, ensuring shared understanding and momentum.

Experience with BPMN process modelling is essential, and you take pride in producing high-quality artefacts that support strong delivery outcomes.
