You will partner closely with Finance, Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Program teams to clarify complex requirements, resolve cross-system dependencies, and drive shared understanding across stakeholders. • Drive alignment across Finance, Product, Architecture, Engineering, and Delivery teams by facilitating working sessions, decision forums, and design reviews.

  • Own and maintain key design and requirements artifacts, including business scenarios, service blueprints, traceability matrices, and feature-product mapping.

  • Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and variances across requirements, systems, and reporting models, and proactively drive resolution and standardization.

  • Support adoption of standard frameworks, taxonomies, and tooling, including ADO structures and traceability models, to improve delivery consistency and reporting transparency.

  • Provide thought leadership on business analysis and business architecture concepts, ensuring designs align with enterprise principles while remaining pragmatic and delivery-focused.

  • Partner closely with Delivery and Program leads to ensure requirements and decisions support stage-gate readiness, sequencing, and risk mitigation.

  • Communicate complex concepts clearly through executive-ready materials, summaries, and recommendations for senior stakeholders.

About You

You're a fit for the role of Lead Business Analyst if your background includes:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; an advanced degree is considered an asset.

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, technical analysis, functional analysis, or related roles within complex, technology-enabled environments.

  • Proven ability to lead highly complex, cross-functional initiatives involving Finance, Technology, and Data domains.

  • Strong understanding of business architecture and business analysis concepts, including process modeling, requirements decomposition, decision traceability, and operating model considerations.

  • Demonstrated experience working across multiple systems and platforms, with the ability to assess end-to-end impacts and dependencies.

  • Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills, with confidence influencing senior leaders and navigating ambiguity.

  • A highly structured and analytical approach, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights and actionable outcomes.
