Key Responsibilities
- We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst for our group to work across the enterprise to understand the data, reporting and analytics needs of our business.
- Position will balance BAU activity related to field leader and recruiter compensation administration with broad program/cross-team process re-engineering and data mining support.
- The person will be responsible for managing multiple process improvement projects and focus on reporting requirement related to business performance.
- Strong collaboration skills are required to manage day to day activities within the team and build and manage partner relationships, utilize key Business Intelligence platforms and tools, provide data quality management and KPIs.
Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, VBA, MS Access/ SQL Server.
- Experience in designing reports/ dashboards in Power BI. Project management experience.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/ projects and work independently.
- Strong logical, analytical, and abstract thinking skills.
