Role:
Sunrise is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives and ensuring the delivery of effective business solutions. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of successful project management.
Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead and manage small-scale projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget
- Product Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and oversee product development lifecycle
- Process Improvement: Analyze current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct thorough requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable project plans
- Work closely with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of business solutions and technology
- Jira Software: Utilize Jira for project tracking, issue management, and workflow optimization
- Systems implementation and management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or related roles
- Proven experience in managing small-scale projects and product management
- Understanding of Agile methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with a team as well as individually
- Proficiency with Jira
- Experience with implementation and management of business systems
