We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst who will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to identify and solve multi-system business problems in accordance with Mindtickle business processes. The Lead Business Analyst will have the ability to make a significant impact, solving complex problems and optimizing outcomes.

What’s in it for you?

• Provide leadership and mentorship to Business Analysts
• Work with stakeholders to drive end-to-end procurement of tools, performing Fit-GAP analysis’
• Define and analyze business processes and validate requirements 
• Apply understanding of the technical aspect of tools and advise on best practices
• Draw BPMN diagrams of business processes
• Build Requirement Traceability Matrixx
• Perform cost-benefit analysis to produce business benefit matrix, drive business decisions
• Act as a process expert for Lead to Quote Process

We’d love to hear from you, if you:

• Are from Tier 1 MBA
• Have 2+ years’ relevant experience in CEO’s office /GTM/Consulting 
• Have experience working on business analysis frameworks
• Have experience with Application implementation life cycle
• Possess strong written and oral communication skills
