About your team
The Corporate Enablers Enterprise Data Delivery function provides IT services to Fidelity International Business, globally. These include the development and support of business applications that underpin our revenue, finance, compliance, legal etc.
About your role
The Lead Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in driving enterprise-wide finance transformation initiatives across Finance Data platform, Workstreams like New Product Offerings and Enterprise Sales & Assets Programme. The role requires a seasoned techno-functional expert who can lead complex programmes, bridge business and technology, and deliver scalable reporting and data solutions across the CFO domain.
Responsibilities of the role include:
- Lead business analysis activities for key initiatives across the Finance Data Platform (including Snowflake/Cloud migration and new fund launches) and Enterprise Sales & Assets programmes.
- Act as a subject matter expert in Asset Management, with strong knowledge of Transfer Agency, Fund Accounting, and Financial Reporting processes.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and reporting needs.
- Support solution design by translating business requirements into clear functional specifications, business rules, and data requirements.
- Develop a strong understanding of finance data, systems, and reporting platforms, and analyse data flows across upstream and downstream applications.
- Perform data analysis using SQL to support requirements validation, data reconciliation, root-cause analysis, and issue resolution.
- Work with on-premise and cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Snowflake) to support data migration, onboarding, and transformation initiatives.
- Contribute to delivery governance by identifying risks, managing dependencies, maintaining requirements traceability, and ensuring high-quality BA deliverables.
- Collaborate effectively with business, data, and technology teams across onshore and offshore locations to support Agile delivery and successful programme outcomes.
- Support testing, business readiness, and implementation activities, including validation, cutover planning, and stakeholder sign-off.
About you
- 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis, with strong experience delivering data, reporting, and transformation initiatives within Financial Services.
- Proven experience in Asset Management, Investment Banking, or Financial Services environments.
- Strong understanding of Trade Lifecycle, Transfer Agency, Fund Accounting, and Financial Reporting processes
- Experience supporting the delivery of enterprise reporting and data solutions, including regulatory, management, and group reporting capabilities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and document end-to-end business processes, data flows, and system interactions.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for data analysis, validation, reconciliation, and issue investigation.
- Experience working with modern data platforms such as Snowflake and traditional data warehouse technologies.
- Hands-on experience working in Agile delivery environments, including requirements management, user story definition, testing, and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across business, technology, and data teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, solve complex business problems, and translate business requirements into practical and scalable solutions.
- Experience supporting UAT, data migration, cutover, and implementation activities for large-scale transformation programmes.

Skills Required
- 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis delivering data, reporting, and transformation initiatives within Financial Services
- Proven experience in Asset Management, Investment Banking, or Financial Services environments
