The Lead Business Analyst is responsible for responsible for supporting and maintaining the Oracle EBS System and other sub-systems in the Finance functions.
This position reports to the Sr. Manager Business Applications and is part of the IT Oracle EBS team and will be an on-site role Bangalore.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Works with business users to define and analyze problems and align the most appropriate application or configuration solutions.
- Solicits, develops, documents, and manages requirements and provides detailed design and business processes to support the requirements throughout the project lifecycle up to and through change control.
- Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data, and troubleshooting require an in-depth evaluation. Works with the third-party vendors to report the issues, apply the resolution, and support the systems as needed.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Requires an undergraduate degree with 9+ years of relevant experience or a Graduate degree and 7+ years of relevant experience.
- 7+ years of experience in maintaining and supporting Oracle EBS system R12.2+ and related sub-systems in the Finance functions. 5+ years of Business Analyst (or equivalent) experience.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role
- Ability to travel – 10%
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Techno functional experience in Finance - 80% functional and 20% technical
- Highly desired to have PMP certification or Equivalent
- Experience in the implementation and support of Oracle Cloud ERP systems (Finance)
