We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst (BA) with deep expertise in Agentic AI systems, AI-driven automation, and workflow orchestration. This role will lead business analysis for next‑generation AI agents and agentic content curation platforms, partnering closely with product owners, engineering and UIUX to deliver scalable, safe, and high‑impact AI solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, hands‑on experience with AI products, and the ability to shape complex requirements into executable roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as BA lead for initiatives involving agentic AI, autonomous workflows, and orchestration.

  • Lead end‑to‑end requirements gathering for AI agents including task decomposition, workflow mapping, and risk constraints Human‑in‑the‑loop (HITL) processes

  • Articulate complex business requirements into structured specifications for software and AI engineering.

  • Define acceptance criteria, test cases, and evaluation frameworks for agentic behaviors and decision logic.

  • Partner with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities where AI agents can improve efficiency, reduce risk, or create new capabilities.

  • Mentor senior business analysts and support BA standards, templates, and best practices for software and AI-driven program delivery.

  • Accountable for BA activity planning, milestone commitments and risk escalation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or software engineering

  • Strong background in AI/ML, LLM products, or intelligent automation.

  • Experience with agentic AI frameworks, workflow orchestration, or autonomous systems.

  • Proven software engineering experience with a strong record of leading and delivering successful projects.

  • Hands-on experience defining business requirements for AI, automation, or digital transformation programs.

  • Familiarity with RAG, prompt engineering, API integration, or model evaluation.

  • Knowledge of risk management, controls, and responsible AI practices.

  • Excellent process mapping, problem‑solving, and analytical capability.

  • Ability to engage stakeholders at senior levels and communicate complex ideas simply.
