We are on the lookout for a Lead Brand Designer to join our Design Department.
Role overview
As a Lead Brand Designer, you’ll shape and evolve the visual identity across our brands and products, keeping it consistent across marketing, SMM, CRM, and product. You’ll set the creative direction for key projects, develop brand guidelines and assets, and work closely with designers and stakeholders to maintain a high visual standard. You’ll also mentor designers and help the team grow a strong, consistent brand-focused approach.
Responsibilities
- Brand Identity: Develop and evolve visual identities across brands and products, including typography, color palettes, guidelines, and design templates.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure a consistent visual language across all brand touchpoints, including SMM, CRM, product, and marketing.
- Brand Guidelines: Define, maintain, and promote brand guidelines, ensuring their correct implementation across teams and projects.
- Creative Direction: Lead the visual direction for campaigns, product launches, key visuals, and other high-impact brand projects.
- Design Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional design teams to create cohesive and effective brand communications.
- Design Review: Review design outputs and provide clear, constructive feedback to maintain a high standard of visual quality.
- Brand Communication: Create visual materials for brand communications, internal initiatives, and other business needs.
- Team Development: Support and mentor designers on brand-related tasks, helping them develop their skills and strengthen their understanding of the brand.
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in brand design or a similar role.
- Portfolio: Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in developing visual identities and cohesive brand systems.
- Design Principles: Strong understanding of typography, composition, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Brand Guidelines: Proven experience creating, maintaining, and implementing brand guidelines across different projects and teams.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to understand business goals and translate them into clear, effective visual solutions.
- Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Design Tools: Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
