Eco-Champs is Bhumi’s environment sensitisation initiative that empowers students to adopt eco-friendly lifestyles through immersive, hands-on learning. As part of Bhumi’s vision, we aim to educate 1 lakh children and youth by 2035 through a volunteer-driven movement—nurturing beneficiaries into future leaders, educators, and change-makers who create a ripple effect for an educated India.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead and strengthen the Eco-Champs program by building a standardized delivery model including session plans, program structure, materials, and implementation timelines.
- Enable Volunteers to end-to-end school partnerships and execution, ensuring effective eco club formation, engagement, and continuity across partner schools.
- Oversee day-to-day program operations including project delivery, training, logistics, stakeholder coordination, and reporting.
- Support Volunteers in executing Eco-Champs events, campaigns, and initiatives in collaboration with schools and corporates.
Educational Qualification/Experience:
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Highly resourceful team-player, who is self-driven
- Good AI knowledge to support data analysis and related tasks, along with strong MS Office skills.
- Forward-looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions
