We are looking for a Business Development Center Coordinator with strong communication, organization, follow-up, and customer engagement skills to support our customers and Sales Development team.
The Lead BDC Coordinator serves as a senior member of the team and helps coordinate daily customer follow-up, lead activity, appointments, CRM processes, and team workflow. This position also serves as a resource for other sales team and coordinators by providing guidance, assisting with customer situations, and helping ensure our processes and communication standards are consistently followed.

QualificationsSome of what you will do:- Provide a professional, welcoming, and personalized experience for every customer.
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, text, email, website, and other digital channels.
- Build rapport, identify customer needs, and confidently guide customers toward the appropriate next step.
- Schedule, confirm, and follow up on customer appointments.
- Reconnect with missed appointments and customers requiring additional follow-up.
- Maintain accurate customer information, appointments, and activity within the dealership CRM.
- Work assigned customer, opportunity, retention, and outreach lists.
- Serve as a senior resource to Sales Development Coordinators and assist with daily workflow, customer situations, and dealership processes.
- Support onboarding, training, and coaching of team members.
- Assist dealership leadership with monitoring customer activity, appointments, follow-up, show rates, and missed opportunities.
- Partner with dealership departments to ensure a smooth and consistent customer experience.
- Maintain knowledge of dealership inventory, programs, promotions, and services.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing, performance-driven environment preferred.
- Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding performance goals.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
- Professional and confident phone presence.
- Strong follow-up, organization, and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a goal-oriented environment.
- Ability to coach, support, and serve as a resource to fellow team members.
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn dealership CRM systems.
- Automotive dealership experience and Reynolds and Reynolds experience are a plus.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
